Grant McClintock
Grant McClintock joined the Civic Federation in November 2021 as a Research Associate, where he assists in the research and analysis of local government budgets, appropriations data, and funding trends.
Mr. McClintock’s passion for informing and advocating effective policy is reflected in his previous work. Prior to joining the Civic Federation, Grant worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Missouri, where he was actively engaged in research initiatives regarding programmatic and policy impacts within the higher education sector and the larger policy community. He also served as a Research Fellow for the U.S. House of Representatives and was a Policy Consultant for a Congressional campaign.
Grant holds a B.S. in Journalism and an M.S.Ed. in Educational Administration and Higher Education from Southern Illinois University Carbondale, as well as a M.P.A. in Public Affairs with an emphasis in Public Policy and a Graduate Certificate in Global Public Affairs from the University of Missouri. He is currently a doctoral candidate in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis from the University of Missouri, where his dissertation examines the impact of the American Recovery and Readjustment Act (ARRA) on expenditure categories at public, four-year postsecondary institutions.
